Submit a Pre-Application Report Request if you're interested in connecting a large renewable energy system and want to first learn about any potential issues with your proposed project before you officially apply. You will receive a report of existing system data about the proposed interconnection location. If you decide to move forward with the project after reviewing the report results, you will then need to submit a full Interconnection Application.

*Please Note: There will be a $300 non-refundable fee required at the end in order to submit your request for a Pre-application Report to Goodhue County Cooperative Electric Association.
